Coordinated the design, production, and distribution of multiple fixtures and Point-of-Purchase (POP) displays for a variety of retailers, managing the process across various channels.

Allbirds Accessories Fixture:
Objective: Increase overall capacity and create a clean fixture design to house socks, accessories, and soft goods.

H2o+ Travel Retail Fixture:
Objective: Develop a branded fixture that mimics the key design features of the H2O+ retail store. This fixture must be capable of housing the full collection in an airport or wholesale environment.

H2o+ POP Fixture: Duane Read and Ulta
Objective: Create a branded, packable, and modular display for Duane Read and Ulta to house the complete H2O+ Skincare system. The design must incorporate interchangeable panels to allow flexibility for future new collections.
